Follow specifications provided by the Oracle DBA Consultant:

Experience on RAC
Multi-Tenancy(PDB/CDB)
DB migration
Performance Tuning
TDE Wallets
OEM
DB cloning using RMAN Active Duplicate/RMAN Tape restore
Worked on 12c/19C version.
Disaster Recovery setup and troubleshooting
Good to have Cloud Exacc/OCI Exadata experience.(not compulsory)
