Sr. OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, Green Card (GC),

and EAD candidates for US-based opportunities.

Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified

consultants.

Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder,

university portals, referrals, and internal databases to identify

top talent.

Screen candidates to assess technical skills, communication, work

authorization, and project suitability.

Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, and documentation

throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams

to ensure successful consultant placements.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM and provide

regular recruitment updates.

Ensure compliance with US immigration regulations, visa

documentation, and company recruitment policies.

Build long-term relationships with consultants to support future

placement opportunities.

Achieve individual recruitment targets while contributing to overall

team success.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in OPT Recruitment and the US Staffing

industry.

Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, Green Card

(GC), EAD, and other US work authorization categories.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed,

CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with

excellent time management skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
