We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the India Distribution Network Team and support the development of next-generation inventory and inbound management capabilities - enabling Distribution Centers that power Core, Same-Day Delivery (SSD), and Quick Commerce (QC) networks at scale.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support Network Operations: Assist in executing inventory and inbound management processes for Distribution Centers feeding Core, SSD, and QC networks, ensuring accurate and timely flow of goods across the supply chain.
Analyze and Report: Pull, clean, and analyze operational data to track inbound performance, inventory health, and network efficiency - surfacing insights that support team decision-making.
Identify Process Gaps: Monitor day-to-day workflows to identify inefficiencies, escalate issues proactively, and recommend practical improvements to inbound and inventory processes.
Build and Maintain Dashboards: Support the development of reporting tools and trackers that provide real-time visibility into Distribution Center performance across all network flows.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and engineering stakeholders to support the execution of new network capabilities and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- 1+ years of customer service experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience ability to understand and devise new models that work
- 1+ years of technical work with computer systems and technology components experience, or experience in web technologies and the internet
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Experience in driving process and tool improvements
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading prioritization of tasks, team scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for response time in the face of variable workflow.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure and professional attitude
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
