Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operations professionals, ensuring seamless execution ofPropLegit'soperational workflows and service delivery across clients.
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operational processes, client deliverables, quality control, and team performance, while ensuring strict adherence to SLA, TAT, compliance standards, and operational efficiency benchmarks.
The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and stakeholder management capabilities to scale processes, optimize productivity, and ensure consistent delivery acrossPropLegit'sservice modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, ensuring high productivity, quality standards, and team development.
- Oversee non-voice legal due diligence operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of property verification and risk assessment reports.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity benchmarks across operational processes.
- Monitor daily workflows and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
- Manage client communication, service delivery coordination, and operational escalations to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, legal, and business teams to streamline operational execution.
- Track team performance metrics, operational KPIs, and productivity dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
- Support the integration and implementation ofPropLegit'splatform with client systems and operational processes.
- Identify operational risks and implement scalable process improvements and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- 56 Years (3 years relevant experience)
- Proven leadership experience managing operations teams with a focus on performance management and team development.
- Strong operations management and process optimization expertise with the ability to handle high-volume workflows.
- Experience in project management, including managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational performance tracking. (Power Bi, Dashboards, MS Excel)
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, particularly RBI guidelines and real estate lending processes, is highly advantageous but is OPTIONAL.
- Graduate or Post- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, legal operations, or real estate risk/compliance operations will be an added advantage.
