We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive who can efficiently manage client communication, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle vendor management with a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Advanced MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end client communication ensuring timely updates and high client satisfaction
- Handle client coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a point of contact
- Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and coordination
- Ensure smooth execution of operational activities and project timelines
- Prepare reports, MIS, and data analysis using Advanced MS Excel
- Track project performance and identify areas for process improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
Required Skills :- 1–3 years of experience in Operations / Client Servicing / Coordination roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in client handling and vendor management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
