Responsibilities
Support needed to manage Power BI IA HSE Data Analytics Workspace ( 21 dashboard) and Tableau (5 dashboard converting over into PowerBi)
- Data Management: Collecting, cleaning, and maintaining data from various sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility for analysis. Majority of the dashboard source is coming from Intelex (MST) OData links, DEKRA API link, ISNetworld, SharePoint excel worksheets,
- New Dashboard Development: Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI effectively visualize data and provide insights for stakeholders. –

Field Work Data Management – (specific for field support)
- SharePoint management – maintain, update, grand permission access.
- MST Intelex Management – Serve as the primary MST point of contact; attend weekly core team meetings; oversee the integration of applications introduced by the corporate team; propose continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes; manage approximately 10 MST tickets per week; process new user accounts; and lead the implementation of global tasks.
- CBS Support – weekly and month data import for all locations.
- Power Automate management – i.e travel request, training performance, near miss, decision tree
Standard Data Analytics Support
- Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth analyses to derive actionable insights, pinpoint trends, and inform decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Working closely with MST Core Team different departments to understand their data needs and translating these requirements into analytical solutions.
- Training and Support: Providing training sessions for users on how to use Power BI and Tableau, ensuring they can effectively interact with and utilize the dashboards.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitoring the performance of dashboards to ensure that they meet user requirements and provide accurate insights.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and troubleshooting issues related to data visualization tools and data integrity.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of Power BI and Tableau to implement best practices and enhance analytics capabilities.
