Ensoft is seeking a Senior OpenLink Endur Developer & India Site Lead to establish and lead a new OpenLink Center of Excellence in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team including JVS/Kafka developers, PMO specialists, Business Analysts, and QA automation testers
- Define and enforce development standards and best practices for the team
- Lead solution design, development, and integration of OpenLink Endur with client systems
- Customize and configure Endur to support new products across power, gas, and emissions markets
- Serve as the primary India-based point of contact for the global OpenLink Application Manager
- Ensure regional alignment with global OpenLink governance and practices
- Responsible for building and managing a multi-disciplinary team
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive OpenLink Endur development experience, including JVS and related APIs
- 5+ years of people management/leadership experience
- Strong expertise in Endur configuration, deal modeling, simulation, scheduling, settlement, and reporting
- Advanced JVS programming skills; Java and/or C# knowledge highly desirable
- Solid SQL/database experience
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and automated testing practices
- Commodities trading domain knowledge (power, gas, emissions) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
