Job Description

Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:

  • Business Training Support : Liaise with regional teams and support them in conducting business training at regional and national events by ensuring complete review of content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of national and regional events involving training and education initiatives.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of training-related SOPs and operational processes.
  • Maintain and manage training-related MIS, learning records, training calendars, content repositories, and video libraries especially over internal portal like myherbalife.com
  • Content management -Coordinate with Teams to ensure that all presentations, infographics, learning aids, and communication materials are up-to date. Support the creation of engaging and scalable learning solutions to improve training reach, participation, and effectiveness
  • Assist in the rollout and execution of key training and education projects & MIS, including leveraging digital platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) like HL learn to enhance onboarding and learning accessibility.
  • Monitor training feedback, participation metrics, and reporting dashboards to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely availability of all training materials and education resources to sales Team members

How You'll Make An Impact

The Senior Officer – Training & Education will contribute significantly towards strengthening the organization's learning and capability-building ecosystem by enabling seamless execution of training initiatives across regions and national platforms. Through effective coordination with regional teams and leaders, the role will help identify training needs and ensure timely delivery of relevant, impactful, and standardized learning content.

The incumbent will play a critical role in enhancing training effectiveness by supporting the rollout of SOPs, maintaining robust training MIS and content repositories, and ensuring smooth execution of key events and learning programs. By collaborating across departments, the role will help create engaging training aids and scalable learning solutions that improve knowledge dissemination and participant engagement.

Additionally, the role will support digital learning transformation initiatives through effective utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and technology-driven onboarding solutions, thereby improving accessibility, reach, and learning efficiency for Associates and stakeholders. Overall, the role will help strengthen operational excellence, training consistency, and learner engagement across the organization.

Qualifications For Success

Education

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience

  • 4 - 6 experience in training coordination, learning operations, event support, or education management.

Skills/Certifications

  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of training operations and learning processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Proficiency in presentation development, MIS reporting, and content coordination.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS tools will be an added advantage.
