Reporting to: MD Operation
Position reporting into this role: Jr. Officer Quality & two helpers.
Job Description
- Timely delivery of Quality products.
- Meeting the monthly and yearly set targets and taking necessary actions to achieve the same.
- Productivity of production Shop Flore team / Quality Team
- Goal / Target setting for reporters.
- Control and monitor individual's performance for entire employee.
- Testing of products as per standards and defined processes.
- Quality control in shop floor activities
- Co-ordination with HR for government / facilitating agencies for plant stature requirements.
- Up gradation of skills of entire team / Training plans (Provide guidance to all employee and ensure their development)
- Up keeping measuring equipment and gauges plant related. (Repair and Calibration)
- Priority setting for Testing.
- Maintenance of Safety standards. (Working / Equipment / Work area)
- Trouble shooting for quality problems
- Records of Quality and ISO related.
- Maintenance of Quality Manual System.
- To plan the Internal Audit Report
- Review ISO 9001:2008 implementation &Conduct MRM / MOM.
- Implement QMS & Control of document.
- To assign the work to officers/ supervisor related to QMS.
- To prepare establish and implement company Quality manual
- To make recommendations for training & improvements in ISO 9001: 2008 implementations
- To review the actions on Audit Observations and ensure effective closer.
- To participate and present QUALITY OBJECTIVES in MRM.
- To plan and execute continuous improvement with reference to QUALITY OBJECTIVES.
- To prepare forms and format WI/ OP/ PP / All QA.
- To prepare & approve various level QMS Document & Report.

Educational Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in mechanical / Electrical / Production engg
Work Experience
Graduate with 3 years or Diploma with 5 years experience in the similar field in any Fabrication industry
