Key Responsibilities

• Software Development Leadership: Lead and direct software programming initiatives, overseeing the complete software development lifecycle. This includes developing and executing project plans.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods. You'll be responsible for testing new software and fixing bugs, ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable solutions.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Oversee the development of comprehensive documentation for software systems. Apply best practices and standard operating procedures across all development activities.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with clients and cross-functional departments to effectively communicate project statuses and proposals.
• System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing ones. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Apply mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives. Continuously create innovative solutions to meet the company's technical needs and contribute to shaping the future of our systems.
• Team Cohesion: Communicate key project data to team members and actively build cohesion among teams.
