About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Core Azure Developer to join our growing engineering team at ValueLabs, a global leader in Agentic AI and enterprise software solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure for enterprise clients across industries such as Healthcare Education, FinTech, SaaS Platforms, and High-Tech.
This role is ideal for a technically strong developer with deep expertise in modern .NET ecosystems, cloud architecture, and DevSecOps practicessomeone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and contributes to both technical excellence and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET Core applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, ADF, ADO, Databricks, Power BI, and AI/ML.
- Implement DevSecOps and SRE practices including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) with Terraform, and automated testing (unit, integration, regression).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Security) to deliver end-to-end solutions with DRE > 98% and robust observability.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards for data privacy and security in all development activities.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure scalability using load testing, caching, and query optimization.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote clean code, testability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical design sessions, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive innovation in cloud and AI/ML integration.
- Support application lifecycle management including deployment, monitoring, incident response, and post-production support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Proven experience in Azure cloud platform with hands-on work in:
- Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps
- Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage, Key Vault
- Azure Active Directory (AAD), RBAC, and Identity Management
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Pipelines, Repos, Boards)
- Expertise in Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, SRE, and observability (logging, monitoring, alerting).
- Experience with Terraform, SonarQube, Stryker, SonarCloud, and automated security scanning.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization best practices.
- Proficient in unit/integration testing using xUnit, NUnit, Moq, and Selenium + C#.
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, and AI/ML integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Angular, and frontend integration is advantageous.
- Experience working in agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-tech, healthcare education, financial services, or SaaS platforms.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-204, AZ-400) or AWS is a plus.
- Experience with event booking systems, customer contact center solutions, or enterprise portals.
- Exposure to multi-tenancy architectures and large-scale data processing.
