Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade .NET applications.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams through mentoring, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Drive application modernization initiatives using the latest .NET technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and Microservices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC, security, and quality processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
• Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in application modernization and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka, CQRS, or DDD.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
