Where You Come In
- You will work across product, design, and marketing to create motion and video content that supports product launches, campaigns, social channels, and brand initiatives.
- You'll take ownership of execution across a wide range of touchpoints, helping translate GO AI's systems and ideas into clear, high-impact visual experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end motion and video production, from concept and storyboarding to high-fidelity final delivery across product, brand, and marketing.
- Create high-impact visual storytelling by designing motion graphics, UI animations, and cinematic product content that bring GO AI's ecosystem to life across digital touchpoints.
- Translate complex AI, trading, and data-driven systems into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate across both technical and consumer audiences.
- Drive creative execution across short-form content, ad creatives, product launches, and campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality within the brand system.
- Experiment with emerging motion trends, tools, and AI-driven workflows to continuously evolve the visual language and keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Build and scale motion systems by developing templates, workflows, and guidelines that enable faster, high-quality production across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align on creative direction, refine concepts, and elevate the overall quality of output.
- Optimize for speed and efficiency while maintaining a high standard of taste, precision, and execution across all deliverables.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, video production, or creative roles (SaaS, fintech, or tech preferred), with a portfolio that demonstrates range across product storytelling, motion graphics, and visual design. A portfolio is required for consideration..
- You are a high-quality executor who moves fast without compromising on detail, capable of delivering polished work under tight timelines.
- You have real experience creating motion and video content, including UI animation, product visuals, and data-driven storytelling, not just static design.
- You bring a strong foundation in design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy, with a clear sense of taste and clarity.
- You are comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments, able to navigate ambiguity, experiment, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality.
- You have experience collaborating across teams, working closely with designers, product teams, and marketers to bring ideas to life.
Nice to Have
- Experience with node-based motion tools such as TouchDesigner or Cavalry
- Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Houdini
- Familiarity with generative AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Krea, or similar
- Background in creative production, campaigns, or high-performance content environments
- Experience working with global teams and managing remote collaboration workflows

820 LPA (fixed), based on experience, skill, and output
