Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update the student placement database with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Design and manage dynamic dashboards and MIS reports to track student outcomes, recruiter engagement, and placement progress.
  • Collaborate with placement officers and academic teams to collect, verify, and structure data for strategic planning.
  • Provide timely and actionable data-driven insights to support campus drives, outreach activities, and student readiness programs.
  • Ensure seamless data integration across platforms such as ERP systems, Excel, and third-party CRM or ATS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve data quality issues.
  • Generate scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and customized insights as required by leadership.
  • Support internal and external audit and compliance processes through detailed documentation and record-keeping.
  • Prepare data summaries, charts, and visuals for internal presentations, board reviews, and partner communications.
