Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Python development.

The role involves working on a strategic application modernization initiative where the client is consolidating two existing applications—one built on Microsoft Power Platform and another developed using Python Flask.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Python Flask.
• Participate in the consolidation and integration of Power Platform and Python-based applications.
• Develop and enhance solutions using:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Work closely with business users and client stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
