Job Description:

1. Onboarding & Induction Mastery
. Design & Execute: Create a world-class, structured orientation program that covers company history, vision, culture, and core values.
. Process Training: Train new employees on internal company workflows, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), cross-functional dependencies, and proprietary software/tools.
. Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit and update induction content to ensure it aligns with evolving company processes and business goals.
2. Business & Project Specialization (Della Township Focus)
. Deep-Dive Knowledge: Develop an expert-level understanding of the Della Township business model, real estate/hospitality dynamics, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
. Portfolio Training: Educate new hires on our various ongoing, upcoming, and completed projects, ensuring they understand project layouts, amenities, target demographics, and market positioning.
. Site Visits & Practical Learning: Organize and facilitate experiential learning, including walkthroughs and on-site training at various project locations.
3. Training Architecture & Delivery
. Content Creation: Build high-quality training collateral, including playbooks, presentations, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
. Multi-Modal Delivery: Deliver training through various formats-classroom-style sessions, virtual webinars, and hands-on workshops.
. Assessment & Certification: Design evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of the induction program and ensure new hires meet competency benchmarks before deployment to their respective teams.
4. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
. Liaison with HODs: Partner with Department Heads (Sales, Operations, Engineering, Customer Relations) to identify specific training needs and integrate department-specific knowledge into the main induction pipeline.
. Feedback Loops: Gather feedback from new hires and managers to identify gaps in the onboarding process and implement swift corrections.


Job Expectations:

Required Knowledge & Experience
. Industry Background: Prior experience in Real Estate, Premium Townships, Luxury Hospitality, or Large-scale Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
. Business Acumen: Proven ability to quickly learn and deconstruct complex business models (like township ecosystems) and teach them to others.
Skills & Competencies
. Public Speaking & Facilitation: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room and keep diverse audiences engaged.
. Content Development: Sharp instructional design skills-proficient in creating clean, visually appealing, and structured training modules.
. People Skills: Empathetic, approachable, and possessing high emotional intelligence (EQ) to act as a mentor to new employees.
. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple induction batches and project timelines simultaneously.


Minimum Qualification:

Any Batchelor's Degree

Minimum Job Experience:

8-12 years of experience in Corporate Training and L&D, with at least 3-5 years
