- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and leverage customer feedback and data analytics to identify product opportunities and prioritize feature development.
- Integrate omnichannel strategies into the product roadmap, ensuring seamless customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs derived from business metrics, leveraging advanced analytics to measure impact and drive decisions.
2. Product Development and Execution:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery, on-time releases, and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle, incorporating data-driven insights to improve functionality.
- Conduct regular product reviews and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

4. Leadership and Mentoring:
- Lead a team of product managers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, emphasizing the use of data analytics and omnichannel strategies to optimize product management.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and equip the team with tools and frameworks for analyzing performance metrics.
5. Team Management:
- Manage a small team of 2 to 4 people, providing hands-on guidance, support, and leadership.
- Drive alignment on data-oriented KPIs and ensure a consistent vision across cross-functional teams.
Must have:
- 1. Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 2. Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience in data analytics and omnichannel platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Experience implementing omnichannel strategies and driving user engagement across multiple platforms.
- 3. Technical Skills:Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Aha, Coda).
- Proficient in using analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of software development frameworks, languages, and technologies.
- Strong experience with data integration and omnichannel platforms, including API management and customer experience tools.
