Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & Digital Transformation will lead the Business Unit's digital, analytics, AI, and automation agenda. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and scaling technologies that improve supply chain performance, productivity, cost competitiveness, resilience, and customer service.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Corporate Functions, external technology partners, and startups to accelerate innovation and build sustainable organizational capabilities. This role combines strategy, analytics, program management, and change leadership to deliver measurable business value.

Digital & Analytics Strategy
- Develop and execute the BU Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Identify high-impact opportunities across planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, inventory, and customer fulfillment.
- Establish a data-driven culture across Supply Chain functions.
- Define business cases, ROI targets, and value realization plans for digital initiatives.
- Build advanced analytics capabilities to improve decision-making.
- Develop KPI frameworks, Executive dashboards, control towers, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Utilize AI, Machine Learning, optimization, and simulation techniques to improve supply chain performance.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Operations Excellence.
- Proven experience leading large cross-functional transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business value through technology and analytics.
- Experience working with startups, external technology providers, and enterprise platforms.
