Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SR. MGR/AGM/GM (Business Development) to lead growth initiatives, develop strategic relationships, and drive new business opportunities across our verticals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong industry network, a strategic mindset, and a proven record of delivering measurable business results. She/He will report to the Director (Marketing). 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in corporate, government, and institutional sectors.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for Events & Exhibitions, Conferences and Trade Show.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations.
  • Negotiate and close commercial deals with clients and partners.
  • Liaise with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in Marketing / Business Development from reputed institutions preferred.
  • 15-18 years of relevant experience in Business Development, ideally in the Events, Exhibitions, Interiors, or allied industries.
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver revenue growth.
