About the Role

Flint M is seeking a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert to lead and scale paid media campaigns for high-growth D2C brands across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube
• Execute full-funnel strategies with intelligent budget allocation
• Analyse audience & creative data to boost ROAS and reduce CAC
• Collaborate with creative, content, and growth teams

Requirements

• 34 years of agency experience (D2C/eCommerce is a must)
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
• Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven success managing 20L+ monthly ad spends
