Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Merchandiser role. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee merchandise planning, product selection, and client communication to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining strong client relationships, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively handle client interactions and ensure their requirements are met.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to manage merchandise planning and contribute to sales strategy development and implementation.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques to promote products and expand business opportunities.
- Proven ability in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the textile or apparel industry is highly desirable.
