Opening for: Sr. MEP Engineer

Location: Project Site, Pune

Total Experience: 7 - 20 years

Qualification:

B.E. Electrical

Only those with experience in MEP interior fitout workare requested to apply.

Key Requirements:

Well versed with management of Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC) & Fire activities at site

Manage the Contractors particularly MEP in project delivery

Review important Shop Drawings, BIM Models, Material Submittals against Contract deliverables and project specifications.

Present any business project risks or issues to management (with proposed mitigation) to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure the delivery of projects to compliant standards

Manage testing and Commissioning process.

Ensure the Contractor is following all required steps for the authority approvals and track the approvals.

Monitor the construction phase, manage the Contractor's MEP quality of installation against contract deliverables.

Monitor the coordination of the MEP disciplines with structure and architecture.

Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to review and analyse project processes and policies, providing insightful recommendations that support management to improve processes and systems

Advise management on progress and issues relating to own project, providing subject matter advice in order to support successful delivery in line with project objectives and strategies

Liaise and collaborate with clients and stakeholders, in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations

Deliver aspects of NARSI's vision to their respected project(s)
