Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Design professional located in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and reviewing MEP systems, using advanced design tools and software. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, conducting detailed research, preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for producing accurate and detailed technical designs
• Strong background in Architecture and MEP design principles
• Experience in Graphic Design and creating visually engaging presentations
• Capable of conducting thorough Research to support design and engineering decisions
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field, or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant certifications in design or advanced MEP systems are a plus
