We're seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a strong track record in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Candidates based in Mumbai and available for immediate joining will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven media plans aligned with clients objectives.
- Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and ad creatives.
- Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution.
- Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
