Role Description The Sr. Media Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to achieve performance and ROI targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, negotiating and purchasing media inventory, analyzing campaign data, and adjusting strategies to improve results. The Sr. Media Buyer collaborates closely with creative, performance marketing, and account teams to align media strategy with brand objectives and ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves monitoring market trends, testing new platforms, and providing regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong media planning skills, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and channel selection.
- Media strategy expertise with the ability to design data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns.
- Hands-on media buying experience across key platforms, with a focus on cost efficiency and performance optimization.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, generate insights, and make informed optimization decisions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience with performance marketing tools, ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, programmatic), and tracking solutions.
- Proven background in managing medium to large media budgets and delivering on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
