We are looking for a Sr Marketing Operations Executive,Salesforce Marketing Cloud, for a
direct client-facing individual contributor role. The candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end campaign execution, operational excellence, client communication, reporting,
dashboard preparation, and campaign performance analysis.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a high level of
ownership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a
remote environment with discipline and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign Execution and Operational Excellence
Execute end-to-end email and CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage campaign setup, segmentation, deployment, scheduling, journey execution, and
post-deployment checks
Ensure campaign accuracy across audience selection, links, tracking, personalization,
suppression logic, and scheduling
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and timely delivery
Troubleshoot execution, journey, data, and platform-related issues
2) Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Management
Work hands-on across core Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities including:
AMPscript
Email Studio
Automation Studio
Journey Builder
Contact Builder
CloudPages
SQL
Mobile Studio
HTML/CSS
Build and manage automations, customer journeys, segmentation logic, and data
extensions
Create and manage CloudPages, landing pages, and forms
Support personalization and dynamic content requirements
Leverage Einstein features where applicable to support optimization and campaign
effectiveness
3) Client Communication and Stakeholder Management
Act as a direct point of contact for clients on campaign-related communication
Manage client expectations on deliverables, timelines, feasibility, and dependencies
Provide clear, structured, and confidence-building campaign updates
Build trust through strong, influential, and professional communication
Coordinate effectively with internal teams including strategy, design, copy, QA, and
production
4) Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics
Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and trackers for clients and internal
stakeholders
Analyze campaign performance, operational trends, and data points
Share meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in reporting
5) Ownership and Remote Working Discipline
Work effectively in a remote setup with strong self-discipline and accountability
Demonstrate ownership of timelines, deliverables, communication, and execution quality
Maintain proactive follow-up, transparency, and responsiveness
Operate independently with minimal supervision

Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology,
Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related
field
Relevant hands-on experience and certification will carry higher weight than academic
specialization
