We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Operations professional with strong hands-on experience in Braze and a certification in Braze Certified Marketer / Braze Practitioner Certification.

Client communication
- Must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and
- professionally with clients on calls, emails, and updates.
Ownership mindset
- Should take end-to-end accountability of campaigns,
- timelines, dependencies, and outcomes without needing close supervision.
Key technical skills:
Campaign execution
- Strong hands-on experience in planning, building, QA,
- scheduling, and deploying email / CRM campaigns.
Core Braze platform expertise
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of Braze, especially:
- Multi-Channel Template Creation
- Canvas & Journeys
- Data & Catalog
- Segmentation
- Liquid & Connected Content
- Analytics
