We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Marketing Manager who can build high-quality content across social media, brand storytelling, case studies, video content, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand how to create engaging B2B and digital-first content that drives audience engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
This role requires someone who combines strong writing skills with visual storytelling capabilities and hands-on expertise in tools like Canva and modern content creation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Create engaging content for:
- LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Founder branding and leadership communication
- Community and event promotions
- Website blogs and newsletters
- Build compelling case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership content.
- Create and coordinate video content including:
- Short-form reels
- Explainer and branding videos
- Design visually appealing social media creatives and presentations using Canva.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leadership, recruiters, designers, and external agencies for content creation.
- Plan and manage content calendars across multiple channels.
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance based on analytics.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, AI content tools, and digital marketing practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Communication.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality social media content and campaigns.
- Strong portfolio of:
- Social media posts
- Case studies
- Video content
- Brand campaigns
- Hands-on expertise in Canva for content design and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and B2B storytelling.
- Experience working with video editing tools/platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently drive content initiatives end-to-end.
