We are hiring for a leading life saving technology company headquartered in UK. Below are the job specs:
Location: Bangalore (5days wfo)
Work experience: 15- 18 years
Understanding the various sectors/segments of the org. and creating alternative target search sectors/segments in absence of the companies in a particular sector.
•
Hands on knowledge on conducting the market intelligence on the compensation of the positions across sectors and positions.
•
Market mapping across sectors and creation of pipeline for key talent.
•
Ensure the Quality of hiring and assessment based on indepth personal interviews for fitment of the individual to the role and values of the org.
•
Working in partnership with local and international managers to educate them on the Indian talent industry, ensuring feedback mechanism as a part of recruitment process, setting expectations to ensure calibration and process efficiency.
•
Branding for talent and conducting campus hiring initiatives.
•
Responsible for the TA process being followed by the team members within the defined metrics and parameters of expectations.
•
Management and development of team members for an effective work output and create an environment of responsibility and ownership.
•
If working with consultants, device methods to create a positive impact and attract potential talent for the company.
•
Onboarding, managing and engagement with the search partners to ensure the quality of recruitment is conducted in most effective way. Analysis of quality of performance of the partners and providing them with detailed feedback and taking actions accordingly.

Ability to communicate and work with international and local hiring managers effectively from diverse group companies across globe.

Ability to assess talent quality from interviews.

Ability to manage, improvise and track internal controls and processes within recruitment.
Ability to bring in effectiveness in the TA team and managing team members.
Academic qualification
Graduation in Engineering/ psychology related field will be preferred
Post-graduation/ Diploma in HR specialized courses / Psychology
Experience (exposure)

Exposure to working for small to mid level Multinational company would be preferable
