Functional Expertise

• Debt raising from Financial Institutions, AIFs, Banks etc. through Term loans, Debentures at competitive pricing
• Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.
• Co-ordinate end to end execution for fund raising transactions
• Manage existing lender compliances, reporting and covenant tracking
• Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio Interaction
• Cross Functional coordination with various internal stakeholders for closure of data requirements, compliances, risk, legal etc. Ǫualification & Experience (type & industry)
• CA/MBA Finance degree.
• 6 + years experience in a NBFC or Fintech field Skills & know-how
• Hands on experience in raising debt end to end
• Capability to analyse and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization
• Ability to co-ordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements
• Ability to understand the core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and presentation skills Behaviors
