Having experience and depth knowledge in Traction Power Supply Works.
Construction Planning & Coordination, Execution, Design Review, Resource Management, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, Progress Monitoring, Interface Management, Client Co-ordination, Documentation and Problem Solving for Achieving Contractual Milestone Dates.
1. Responsible for planning, monitoring and commissioning of all PSI activities at a project section (TSS/SP/SSP).
2. Invoicing of all PSI works as per BOQ/contract.
3. He must be well versed in contract and contractual requirements.
4. Coordination with site supervisor and engineer for smooth execution of work.
5. Participation and representing in progress review meetings with department head/Package manager/Project Director. Participation and representing in Client review meetings with JE/Employer.
6. Follow up with SCM/EDRC/OEM team for timely availability of drawings and materials.
7. Responsible for subcontractor billing in coordination with planning team and material reconciliation of entire section.
8. Coordination with Store team for preparation of monthly material reconciliation statement and submission to planning team. Raising RFI for site activities and following up for closure in unifier.
9. Coordination with inter department for interfacing activities to avoid any rework. Responsible for maximum utilization of resources and cost reduction.
10. Responsible for material inspection at Store/site in coordination with QA/QC team. Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and timely completion of all activities in entire section. Coordinate with Store, P&M, subcontractors, vendors, QC, planning, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution and documentation. Involvement in CSR activities, promoting digital initiatives, ensuring zero harm policies and participation in delta rewards.
