Job Description

Job Description Build capabilities within IT platforms to optimize use of solutions/applications for internal and external stakeholders by understanding the overall product roadmap, identifying requirements, analysing work processes and operations, and designing solutions to meet the need. This is a tactical role which defines the direction of new solutions, processes, standards based upon business strategy or customer need, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results. Responsibilities Convert user story into IT requirements (backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and requirements) Understand the overall product roadmap as articulated by product manager and work closely with the scrum master, development, and testing team(s) to translate roadmap into team specific release plan(s) and sprint plan(s) Assist UX Designer to provide supporting prototypes/wireframes, Assist QA team in reviewing the test cases and with story validation. Review stories completed by development team in a sprint against acceptance criteria and UX. Design high quality business systems solutions by identifying and evaluating options, preparing functional specifications, and configuring the system, resolving solution issues, serving as a bridge between business and functional/project team. Guide solution delivery from UBR completion to deployment (development of high level, low level, detailed design, manage the development process, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, UAT, documentation, training, data model documents etc.). Prepare user documentation and drive training and knowledge transfer. Define and facilitate implementation of platform Service definitions, Service design and SLAs. Desired Skill sets Good understanding of browser and servlet-based application structure Hands on implementation experience in design and development of web APIs Knowledge of implementing SSO using different strategies etc Experience with Agile methodologies a plus Proven experience in deployment of various systems and processes within IT including OSS/BSS Enterprise Architecture.
