Key Result Area (KRA's)

1.Lead QA, QC, NPD and BOP-Store department with the theme of maintaining Zero defect and First time Right principle.

2.Defect free material supply to SKD line.

3.Consistent working towards Zero customer complaint & zero PDI failure.

4.To make monthly & yearly plan for Mechanical & Chemical tests.

5.Adherence to EN:ISO 8098 & 4210 for kids & adult bikes & other relevant standard for bicycle component.

6.Any Internal or External Complaint is to be closed within 7-15 days of its receipt with CAPA as per Develop People book.

7.Maintaining 5S & ISO,PEEP In the respective departments under control.

8.Sample Development is done within set Timelines.

9.Working towards relevant role in Auto PPC.

10.Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that all bicycles manufactured meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

11.Ensure that incoming raw materials and components meet required quality specifications and are sourced from approved suppliers.

12.Conduct training programs for manufacturing staff to raise awareness & skill development about quality standards, product specifications, and the importance of following established procedures (In house & Supplier end) and also check the training effectiveness.

13.Collaborate with procurement teams to assess and qualify suppliers based on their ability to consistently provide high-quality materials and components.

14.Monitoring of TQM project.

15.Collaborate with engineering, production, and design teams to provide input on product design for manufacturability and to address potential quality concerns early in the development phase.

16.Establish, maintain and signing off comprehensive quality control procedures, manual including inspections, testing, and audits, to identify deviations from standards and take corrective actions.

17.To ensure that target date mentioned in the issue raised in MIS of relevant department are matched.
