The Role: We are looking for a dynamic people leader who understands the bigger picture and can balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution excellence. The Incumbent will be responsible to plan and execute recruitment strategy and process for talent acquisition, talent mapping and talent assessment. He/She will partner with business to formulate effective Talent Acquisition strategies to assist with its growth and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with communication strategies to attract the right talent.
- Strategic manpower planning for project-specific recruitment within defined time frames and stakeholder management.
- Identify future talent needs of the organization and proactively develop talent pools or social engagements for future requirements.
- Consistently meet challenging recruiting targets within agreed timelines, ensuring the right quality at optimum cost.
- Ensure a healthy channel mix as per organizational direction and profile targets.
- Manage a team of recruitment professionals and nurture talent.
- Help drive automation in talent acquisition.
- Drive cost-effective hiring initiatives.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements in the talent search process.
- Arrange and review job descriptions and specifications.
- Generate monthly MIS reports and review open mandates with rational per candidate.
- Adhere to recruitment guidelines and ensure 100% process compliance.
Profile & Experience:
- 11+ years of overall experience with 7-8 years in talent acquisition for Voice Volume hiring along with people management expertise.
- Hands-on experience with bulk and frontline hiring.
- Experience in third-party business process services companies preferred.
- Strong understanding of BPO dynamics and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-moving, customer-centric, hands-on environment.
- Highly adaptable and organized personality with proven excellent project management skills and strong business acumen.
- Experience working in a global, matrix environment with multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
- MBA/PG degree preferred.
