Job Description

Broad outline of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive category management across Colocation Services, Renewable Energy, and Fiber Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost optimization while ensuring operational reliability and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in telecom, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, or data center environments and possess strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering and MBA or Master's degree(Preferred)
  • Experience working in telecom, digital infrastructure, data centers, hyperscalers, or renewable energy organizations.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, approvals, and reporting.
  • Drive ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for:
    • Colocation and data center services -
    • Renewable energy procurement and sustainability initiatives -
    • Fiber network maintenance and O&M services -
    • Creating & Maintaining Rate Cards of ISP vehicles, patrolling vehicles, FRT for various business units.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
  • Lead End to End contracting process, well versed with contractual clause pertaining to onboarding various players across Colocation, Fiber Services & Renewable Energy portfolio.
  • Ensure robust Supplier Relationship Management & Stake Holder Management to maintain the BAU activities
  • Various KPI & report preparation, maintain different databases
  • Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and spend optimization exercises.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction and value creation opportunities.
