Sr. Manager Strategy (manufacturing excellence)

1. Role Purpose

The Executive Assistant / Manager – Strategy (Manufacturing) is a high-impact techno-managerial role supporting the Managment in driving manufacturing governance, strategic initiatives, financial oversight, and execution discipline across units.

This is a strategic coordination role extending beyond conventional executive assistance. The incumbent shall function as:

• A structured execution enabler
• A manufacturing governance integrator
• A financial oversight support to manufacturing operations
• A cross-functional facilitator
• A calibrated escalation filter

The objective is to ensure disciplined execution, structured reviews, timely but critical escalations, and minimal operational intervention from the higher authority

2. Educational Qualification

• B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical or equivalent) – Mandatory
• MBA in Operations / Business Administration – Mandatory

3. Experience Profile

• 5-8years in manufacturing / plant operations / corporate manufacturing & supply chain strategy
• Exposure to multi-plant operations preferred, cross-functional business leadership
• Experience in preparing annual operating plan, capex tracking, civil factory infrastructure projects, digital & IIoT initiatives, vendor management desirable, sound knowledge of the product life cycle & product costing regimes
