Description
We are looking for a Sr Manager, Software Development, DEX to lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in software development with a strong background in DEX.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and career development
- Ensure the team follows coding standards, development processes, and best practices
- Ensure software solutions meet quality standards and are scalable and maintainable
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and DEX
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on DEX
- Experience leading and managing teams of developers
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with databases and data storage technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, is a plus
