Responsible for order acquisition for Factory Automation, Process Automation, Digitalization & Drives from Direct / Indirect customers (Through Channel Partners) in the region based on given targets.
Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
Regularly visit OEMs, Contractors and End-users to collect requirements in Automation and Drives.
Work together with OEMs, Contractors and End-users to understand the Requirement or derive it from Tender documents or P&ID Diagrams.
Develop optimized configuration based on Siemens products and solutions
Explore opportunities for Digitalization like Digital Twin, AI/ML,
Analytics, Condition Monitoring, Cloud and Edge based solutions
Assist & coordinate in commissioning to ensure customer requirement is fulfilled.
Keep oneself updated with latest trends in the market
Keep oneself updated with the latest products and solutions from
Siemens and push these offerings to customers
Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channels
Account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers
Follow-up and ensure the Payments are collected from the customer on time
Requirements
BE/B Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Communication
3 to 6 years of experience in selling & execution of DCS or Process Automation based solutions in various applications like Pharma, Chemical, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Process OEMs etc
Self-Driven with Growth Mindset
Business result orientation and focus on achievement of given targets.
Must be a good team player.
Good communication and Presentation Skills.
Process knowledge of Pharma, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Paper, Cement, Sugar, Food & Beverages, Material handling etc
