Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Manager Sales based in Greater Noida, India. The candidate will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities in chemical industry, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in a chemical factory as a production engineer or a quality engineer
• 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling speciality chemicals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitive research
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as required
