The candidate should have good knowledge of the Fertilizer / Refinery / Petrochemical industry equipment like reactors pressure vessels heat exchangers with due emphasis on technical requirement.
Should have exposure and good relations with customers / consultants in the above sectors to be able to frame marketing & sales strategies and adequate knowledge of commercial terms & conditions.
Should have exposure to technical and commercial specifications of major customers / consultants and shall be able to prepare final technical and commercial offer.
Understanding the manufacturing strengths & existing product portfolio of process equipment of the company & accordingly:
Identify the potential new products in the areas of nuclear, petrochemicals, pollution control, fertilizers, chemicals, thermal power.
Carry out the gap analysis w.r.t skill sets & capabilities available in the organization v/s those required for such identified new product.
Prepare an objective marketing plan & lead the efforts to make breakthroughs.
Book orders.
Candidate must have knowledge of buying behavior of the potential customers.
Achieve assigned order booking targets through proactive market development, strong proposal management, and strategic negotiations.
