Job Description

. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats across operational, financial, legal, and strategic areas as per Risk management policy. Oversee the maintenance of risk registers and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Enhance employees awareness of risk management practices through regular training sessions.

. Develop and implement risk management strategies, including contingency plans, and mitigation measures in collaboration with cross-functional teams to address identified risks effectively.

. Ensure adherence to industry regulations or other applicable standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and compliance requirements.

. Prepare detailed reports/presentations/minutes for Board Committees ie. ERMC, RAMC, MSC, SGF etc. and other compliance documentation.

. Oversee Inspection of Members of the Exchange.

. ISO Certification Management: Coordinate ISO Surveillance Audits, including hiring consultants and updating documentation.

The Successful Applicant

. Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

. Minimum 10+ years of total experience with minimum 5-6 years of experience in risk management role.

. Professional certifications such as PRM (Professional Risk Manager) or equivalent are preferred.

. Familiarity with ISO certification processes is an advantage.
