Responsibilities

• Document and map Operations processes in accordance with MyP&O standards.

• Train and onboard future MyP&O Operations Analysts.

• Complete knowledge transfer and codesign the future operational process model.

• Participate in project testing as required.

• Ensure that designed processes and technologies meet all governance, compliance, and control requirements within MyP&O.

• Support Regional Project Lead in Kellanova Service Integration workstream for APAC

• P&O Operations expertise, including Process mapping, Process standardisation and Endtoend process documentation.
