Responsibilities
Document and map Operations processes in accordance with MyP&O standards.
Train and onboard future MyP&O Operations Analysts.
Complete knowledge transfer and codesign the future operational process model.
Participate in project testing as required.
Ensure that designed processes and technologies meet all governance, compliance, and control requirements within MyP&O.
Support Regional Project Lead in Kellanova Service Integration workstream for APAC
P&O Operations expertise, including Process mapping, Process standardisation and Endtoend process documentation.
