The main purpose of the role is to lead the team of Purchase and ensure timely release of Purchase Order and delivery in line with Company requirement, responsible for Good Quality raw-materials and bought out parts for the smooth functioning of Production. Exposure to imports will be preferred.
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies.
Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and establish vendor relationships.
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and product developments to ensure competitiveness and innovation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and procurement needs.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Work closely with project managers and engineers to forecast procurement needs and mitigate supply chain risks.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value-added services.
Stay updated on industry regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in procurement.
Follow Up and get the Material In time,Prepare cost sheets for Price fixing ,Visit Suppliers and improve deliveries.
