Drive the industrial strategy for the plants in the Cluster, collaborating with the GSC-T, LoB, and GSC India teams to ensure alignment with long-term industrial plans (LTIP).
Manage key industrial projects, including rebalancing programs, localization, manufacturing transfer, and regionalization, to improve plant performance.
Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring manufacturing readiness for new development projects, regionalization, and feasibility studies.
Optimize industrial performance by leading projects that focus on productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvements across the Cluster's plants.

Successfully execute rebalancing and localization projects, improving plant productivity and regional alignment within established timelines.
Drive productivity improvements across the Cluster's plants, achieving significant cost, quality, and ROI improvements.
Deliver robust feasibility studies for strategic projects, ensuring management approval and execution of those projects.
Lead and coordinate industrialization activities, including manufacturing processes, tooling, and value analysis, ensuring efficient product development from concept to mass production
