Job Description

Skillsets:

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, and scope control (Initiation to closure)
  • Expertise in telecom project delivery and multi-vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or other project management platforms.
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, team guidance, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, including frameworks like Scrum, Lean, or ITIL
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to align projects and multi-project programs with broader business strategies.

Experience - 10 to 15 yrs of Exp

Key Deliverables:

  • Lead end-to-end telecom project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Translate business requirements into executable project plans aligned with telecom operational models.
  • Act as the primary interface for senior business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and trackers using: MS Project
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models based on project requirements.
  • Ensure effective change control, scope management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and quality.

Certification:

  • PMP / PRINCE2
  • Agile certifications (CSM, SA, PMI-ACP)
  • ITIL (for service delivery environments)
