Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Lead large-scale process improvement and transformation engagements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives to improve operationalefficiency and business outcomes.
• Identify and implement automation solutions using RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Deliver AI use cases across summarization, transcript analysis, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Define enterprise KPIs, drive cost optimization, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor teams and drive innovation across process excellence and AI transformation.

Requirement:

• 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience managing large-scale engagements.
• Strong expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to work in US / rotational shifts.
