Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Senior Pricing Manager to join our Pricing Team in India. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive pricing strategies while serving as a key negotiator in client engagements. The successful candidate will build pricing frameworks from the ground up and work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing Development Develop and implement end-to-end pricing strategies for facility management services across diverse client portfolios. Create dynamic pricing models that account for market conditions, service complexity, and client-specific requirements while ensuring competitive positioning and profitability targets.
Client Negotiation Leadership Lead complex pricing negotiations with enterprise clients. Structure win-win proposals that balance client value expectations with business objectives, working closely with sales teams to close high-value deals.
Stakeholder Management Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, procurement and Senior Leadership. Present pricing recommendations to executive stakeholders and facilitate alignment across departments on pricing decisions and strategy implementation.
Financial Modeling & Analytics Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios and their impact on profitability. Analyze contract performance metrics and develop data-driven recommendations for pricing optimization and margin improvement during renewals.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy in a Real Estate Compancy
