Key Requirements
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA from a reputed university/institute.
- 10-15 years of specialized experience in Project Planning and Control.
Proven experience working with:
- PMC (Project Management Consultancy) organizations
- Leading A-Listed Construction/Infrastructure Companies
- Reputed Builder/Developer Organizations
Strong expertise in:
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Project Monitoring & Control
- Resource Planning
- Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Risk Identification and Mitigation
- Project Execution Coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and execution teams for effective planning and delivery.
- Prepare project baselines, recovery plans, and milestone tracking reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct critical path analysis, resource optimization, and productivity assessments.
- Generate MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.
- Ensure alignment between planning objectives and on-ground project execution.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven planning insights.
