I get under the skin of my clients business/markets/consumers and help them drive maximum ROI from their Performance Marketing programs.
How do I do this
- I help clients create insight-driven Performance Marketing strategies and programs.
- I help clients draw from Media Analytics as well as the use of cutting-edge AdTech and MarTech to match audiences with client's products/services.
- I marry the understanding of digital media platforms with communications, customer behavior, market analysis, and marketing best practices in order to produce the sort of amazing results that clients expect.
- I lead and run large scale lead generation programs for clients across sectors, while helping them build lead-to-sales engines that deliver high ROAS.
- Through my team's work, I help build in client organizations a marketing philosophy focused on acquiring data and utilizing that data to create more customized, targeted, and mass-personalized marketing plans for each of their audience personas.
What I need to be
- 7+ years in the industry with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Masters in Mass Communication/Marketing with Digital specialization preferred.
- Effective project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Client-focused can-do attitude, good written and verbal communication, and an analytical bent of mind with an ability to derive insights from data.
- Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google, FB/other SM Analytics, Website Analytics using GA, Heat Maps, and 3rd party tools such as Mixpanel, etc)
- Experience working with Marketing Automation softwares such as Leadsquared, Mautic, Hubspot, Adobe, Salesforce etc. as well as Call Center, Chat and other Automation tools.
- Natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs
