Role Overview
We are looking for a Practice Head - CRM / Campaign Management (Marketo) to lead and scale our Marketo practice. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end client ownership, team management, and delivery excellence across Marketo-driven CRM and campaign programs. You will manage a team of Marketo specialists and act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring high-quality execution, measurable outcomes, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete client lifecycle: scoping, solutioning, planning, execution, deployment, and performance reporting
- Lead and scale the Marketo practice, including delivery quality, processes, and best practices
- Manage and mentor a team of Marketo Campaign Managers / MAP specialists
- Oversee campaign execution across email, journeys, automation, integrations, and reporting
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Email Production, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated programs
- Act as the primary client-facing lead for Marketo engagements
- Drive operational efficiency, timelines, and delivery SLAs
- Review campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Support pre-sales discussions and solution scoping when required
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Marketing Automation, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong hands-on and strategic experience with Marketo
- Marketo Certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing teams and multiple client accounts
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Ability to work in AU shift and flexibility to move across shifts if required
